Next Day Delivery

UK Delivery

We in the majority of cases offer Next Working Day Delivery to all Mainland UK addresses orders placed online by 11am* , All orders are sent via courier or royal mail direct to your home address. Please email us for details on overseas orders. As soon as you process your order we will send a email confirming your order and further details on your cycle. Your cycle will then (in many cases next working day) be processed for dispatched from the central warehouse -. We will then send a order confirmation email to tell you your order is on its way although orders can take up to 5 working days). We charge between £2.95 and £12.95 depending on the size of the package . The Delivery charge to the UK Mainland and further Delivery Details are shown under every product and on some items we offer Free Delivery.-

For all other UK Address which are non mainland - e.g Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles Please visit our Shipping Costs page 

Worldwide /International Delivery

We ship to customers all over the world and use either International DHL or Interlink services, Your order does take a little longer to arrive (up to 21 days depending on location) however on average most orders are shipped within 3 days. Please email us at sales@bikeoutlet.co.uk before placing your order for a international shipping quote as costs will vary from the prices advertised on ths sit.

Assembly

The cycles are shipped to you with some basic assembly required. This is partly to prevent damage to the cycle and to ensure it arrives to you in perfect condition. We supply a online guide on how to set your cycle up and details of this will be sent with your couirer details and explains how to unpack and assemble your bike. The cycle is supplied with a handbook and basic assembly tool kit.

Warranty

All cycles are covered by a manufacters warranty for a period of 12months with some manufacters offering lifetime frame warrantys - check owners handbook. We offer both setup and support faciltys and we aim to handle all claims as quickly as possible.
